COVID-19 INFORMATION

Following the recent government announcement, enabling estate agents to reopen, Zaza Johnson & Bath have taken the decision to reopen our office with some of the team continuing to work remotely. 

We would encourage all non-essential contact to be made via telephone or email in the first instance. Office entry, viewings and valuations will be conducted observing strict social distancing measures and strictly by prior appointment. Zaza Johnson & Bath are committed to operate responsibly and have taken precautionary steps to combat the problems posed by Covid-19. We are acutely aware of the continuing existing threat to health and we would greatly appreciate your co-operation in helping us to keep people safe. The government have made it clear that they would be prepared to reimpose the previous lock down of the property market if they feel that the reopening has a negative impact on the fight against Coronavirus. 

We are adopting the following recommended measures in relation to viewings:

Firstly, please advise the office if you or any member of your household are displaying Covid 19 symptoms or have been asked to self-isolate.

Recommended that a maximum of two people to attend the viewing, both must be from the same household. Avoid taking children into the property.

While viewing, wash or sanitise hands on entering and avoid touching any surfaces or door handles while in the property. Maintain a minimum 2-metre social distance from the person conducting the viewing.

Recommended viewing time of no more than 15 to 20 minutes.

Door handles, surfaces will be sanitised after every viewing.
